Perched on the 9th floor, this spacious 656-square-foot condo sleeps up to 4 guests and offers sweeping views overlooking the Gulf, beachfront pool, and hot tub. Watch pelicans glide past, ships move across the horizon, and the lights of Pleasure Pier glow in the distance—all from the comfort of your own retreat.

One of Seashore Sensation’s biggest highlights is its two private balconies—one directly off the living room and another off the bedroom. Enjoy sunrise coffee overlooking the water, step outside for an afternoon Gulf breeze, or wind down after a day on the beach with the coast as your backdrop.

Inside, the condo has been thoughtfully remodeled with comfort and style in mind. The living area features two large plush couches, a convenient pop-up dining table, and a sleek granite entertainment area with swivel seating, providing plenty of room to relax and reconnect.

The bedroom is designed for a restful night after a full day of island fun and features:

14-inch Novofoam mattresses
Large-screen TV
Direct access to a private Gulf-view balcony

The upgraded, spa-inspired bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower with dual opposing shower heads, adding an extra touch of relaxation to your stay.

  Been coming here about 10 yrs. Always well maintained facilities and great staff. This trip the room, #910, accoutrements had a couple of flaws. While there were cooking utensils and flatware, there were no plates or bowls that I could find. There were 2 coffee makers but no filters for either; there were coffee mugs however. Management gave us some filters so we survived. The living area and balcony space were overcrowded with almost double the amount of furniture needed. Looks like it was a storage place for excess furniture. The online pictures of this space were not all accurate. Also, the counter between the kitchen and living area, was double the normal size. While there was extra storage space underneath, it left no knee space to sit at the counter. It might be useful for some, but it made it a little difficult to move around and getting our stuff unloaded and loaded. And very limited counter space in the bathroom as the sink was large and set entirely on top of the vanity. The shower was large and easy to use.
