  We love the location of this property; the beach and the pool. However, this unit was not up to the standard and not worth the premium paid for a rental at this property.
  When I got into the shower, the safety bar was unhinged from the wall. I was very lucky to not grab the bar harder because there would have been a terrible accident. When I told management co about this issue, they could not fix it and offered me a new unit. That would have meant packing and unpacking and we were only there for one more day.
  The door locks were falling apart and had to slam door repeatedly for it to close. These issues affected stay.

These issues should not have affected your stay, and we understand how concerning the loose safety bar must have been. Our team offered an alternate condo, but we completely understand that moving and unpacking again with only one day remaining was not a convenient solution. Your concerns have been shared with maintenance and the individual condo owner so the necessary repairs can be addressed. We’re glad you continue to enjoy our beachfront location and pool, but we sincerely regret that this unit did not meet the standard or value you expected.
