  Disappointed in the unit. Sliding glass door wouldn’t open to the balcony. Wifi password didn’t work, told management about it, but nothing was fixed during our stay.

  The condo would have been fine except for the dirty rug and no space for clothing despite a locked armoire and dresser in the bdrm. The other problem was the extreme winds for the 11 days we were there.

  Needed a mental break, so we took a trip to Galveston. Had a wonderful time relaxing on the beach complete with lounge chairs & an umbrella, eating seafood, going on a dolphin tour, riding the ferry, and cruising the Seawall. We stayed in a condominium at The Galvestonian on the east end. It sits right on the beach and has a private bridge over the sand dunes to the sandy beach. The grounds are lovely and well maintained. Our room was nice and had been updated with the latest kitchen appliances, a very comfortable king sized bed with pristine white linens, and lovely furniture throughout. We also enjoyed the balcony which had two comfortable chairs and two side tables. The staff was very helpful and seemed truly glad to be there. We will definitely return to The Galvestonian on our next trip to Galveston!

  Relaxing 3 day weekend. Galvestonian is the best location in Galveston. Beautiful beach. Nice pool. Unit 505 is a bit dated. The carpet is dirty. Otherwise a nice condo.
