0615 Pearl Wave Residence

Situated on the east end of the island, our beachfront condominium is near the intersection of the seawall and the main entrance to the island. Enjoy easy access to the Seawall and historical district’s parks, shopping, museums, trendy cafes, and cultural hotspots, making your stay as comfortable and customizable as you desire. There are no meters or other hassles of street parking here as parking is in a designated lot on the north side of the building, with other overflow parking available if needed. The open-concept living room is flooded with natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. With the relaxing view of the beach, it's the perfect space to unwind! Leave your cares, pool towels, and other amenities behind. Our kitchen comes fully stocked with dishes and appliances. A generous amount of pool towels are provided and can be exchanged at the front desk as often as needed to enjoy the on-site heated pool and hot tub. Other onsite amenities for your enjoyment include tennis and pickle ball courts, shuffleboard, horseshoes, picnic grills, and hammocks. Our management team is committed to ensuring your living experience is smooth, enjoyable, and sure to produce fond memories.   Stay here every year for rally. It is always a pleasurable stay, the condo is always clean and well stocked for our stay. its location right on the beach is excellent for drinking coffee in the morning on the balcony or buy the pool or by the hot tub. The staff is always polite and very helpful with any issues that might occur which is very rare! I highy recommend this property for you r stay in Galveston already looking forward to next year!!

  Overall, a nice stay as usual. Only problem was only 1 working elevator which caused real problems at checkout time because you could never get an empty elevator for a cart.

  I was super impressed with our stay in the Pearl Wave. The condo looked exactly like the pictures posted on the site. It was very clean and even had a washer/dryer; which I don't think is included in the description. The entire property was very nice and well maintained. The only complaints I have is that the master bathroom shower and sink drains clogged up during every use, but would drain rather quickly and the day we checked out there was only one working elevator so we had to stand and wait for over 20 minutes before we were finally able to get on. Despite these two minor issues, we will definitely be back again. I would also like to add that I'm big on reading reviews and had a hard time finding more current reviews because the majority appear to be pre-covid ones, but I will honestly say that some of the things people have made complaints about such as: not being allowed to have pool toys in the pool, not being allowed to play music by the pool, not having a restaurant or bar on site, having to wear a bracelet; might seem inconvenient to some, but anyone who choses to stay here needs to be mindful that there are actual residents who do live here so in my opinion these are minor complaints that should not be deal breakers in choosing to stay here. If you're looking for a nice, clean, reasonably priced beachfront property to stay at in Galveston, The Galvestonian is the place to stay!!!

We love the Galvestonian for all the reasons you listed. We do apologize for the two minor issues you experienced during your stay. We will address the issue with the drains immediately. The elevator inconvenience was due to power surges that affected the elevator equipment. The elevator vendor is addressing that issue. We do apologize for that. We recently listed all of our properties on Escapia and VRBO and unfortunately their format does not allow us to transfer previous reviews so we are dependent on guests like yourself to write reviews for each stay so future guests can see what a great choice the Galvestonian is!
