0808 Seclusion by the Shore

Situated on the east end of the island, our beachfront condominium is near the intersection of the seawall and the main entrance to the island. Enjoy easy access to the Seawall and historical district’s parks, shopping, museums, trendy cafes, and cultural hotspots, making your stay as comfortable and customizable as you desire. There are no meters or other hassles of street parking here as parking is in a designated lot on the north side of the building, with other overflow parking available if needed. The open-concept living room is flooded with natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. With the relaxing view of the beach, it's the perfect space to unwind! Leave your cares, pool towels, and other amenities behind. Our kitchen comes fully stocked with dishes and appliances. A generous amount of pool towels are provided and can be exchanged at the front desk as often as needed to enjoy the on-site heated pool and hot tub. Other onsite amenities for your enjoyment include tennis and pickle ball courts, shuffleboard, horseshoes, picnic grills, and hammocks. Our management team is committed to ensuring your living experience is smooth, enjoyable, and sure to produce fond memories.   Our unit was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. We loved the convenience of being on the beach. The pool area is very nice too.
  Only 1 elevator was working which was fine during the week but became an issue on the weekend when the building was a little busier.
  Overall we had a relaxing time and look forward to coming back in the future.

  The location of the Galvestonian was the best part, end of the island, much quieter there. Our condo 0808 was nicely appointed and clean. Please oil the door hinges, the doors squeaking woke up our kids a few times. We didn't find out until check out that apparently there is coffee in the lobby each morning. The girl that checked us in didn't mention that, would have been nice to know. Please make it easier to get a wagon down to beach level. We had our wagon fully loaded with all of our kids' stuff, but then you have to tell someone at the front desk to meet you at ground level to open the gate. If you don't, then you have to carry your wagon down the stairs. Overall we are happy with our stay and will stay again.

So sorry you did not know about or see the coffee in the lobby in the mornings. We provide coffee from 7 AM - 11 AM in the lobby each morning. We are happy to provide access to the under-the-building pass through to the beach through the owner storage area. We must keep this area secure, but we are more than happy to help if you just let us know you need to pass through with your wagon. See you soon.
