Situated on the east end of the island, our beachfront condominium is near the intersection of the seawall and the main entrance to the island. Enjoy easy access to the Seawall and historical district’s parks, shopping, museums, trendy cafes, and cultural hotspots, making your stay as comfortable and customizable as you desire. There are no meters or other hassles of street parking here as parking is in a designated lot on the north side of the building, with other overflow parking available if needed. The open-concept living room is flooded with natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. With the relaxing view of the beach, it's the perfect space to unwind! Leave your cares, pool towels, and other amenities behind. Our kitchen comes fully stocked with dishes and appliances. Each bedroom has its own bathroom for added privacy. A generous amount of pool towels are provided and can be exchanged at the front desk as often as needed to enjoy the on-site heated pool and hot tub. Other onsite amenities for your enjoyment include tennis and pickle ball courts, shuffleboard, horseshoes, picnic grills, and hammocks. Our management team is committed to ensuring your living experience is smooth, enjoyable, and sure to produce fond memories.   We did have a great time! We love the location, condo was very clean and beautifully decorated! Staff was awesome! Room for our daughter and her friend was perfect. We played pickleball and laid on the beach, they enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The only thing I would change is there is a sign on the wall asking that we not turn down the thermostat below 70, so to us, sleeping was hot as when we are home at night we turn ours down to 67. Overall our spring break was wonderful!

  The condo and amenities were sufficient, but I continue to be disappointed in the level of service post-Covid. For the price of the stay, I keep expecting some of the amenities to be brought back. There is no cleaning service during your stay (if you stay less than 7 days), you are restricted to the number of towels you can use (used to be unlimited), the beach is not combed nearly as nicely as it used to be... to name a few.

    Sarah, thank you for your review. Let me try and address the concerns you listed (1) we offer cleaning upon request, but daily cleaning is no longer provided. Though the condos are in a building, the rentals are a single residence, not a hotel room where you would receive daily cleaning (2) you can request a change of towels for your room. Pool towels are limited to the number of guests in your condo; however, they can be changed as often as needed at the front desk. This is a free service offered to guest and we do not have unlimited amounts of beach towels (3) the beach is professionally combed twice a month in the summer and once a month in the off season.
