1107 Seashell Dreams Beachfront Escape

Situated on the east end of the island, our beachfront condominium is near the intersection of the seawall and the main entrance to the island. Enjoy easy access to the Seawall and historical district’s parks, shopping, museums, trendy cafes, and cultural hotspots, making your stay as comfortable and customizable as you desire. There are no meters or other hassles of street parking here as parking is in a designated lot on the north side of the building, with other overflow parking available if needed. The open-concept living room is flooded with natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. With the relaxing view of the beach, it's the perfect space to unwind! Leave your cares, pool towels, and other amenities behind. Our kitchen comes fully stocked with dishes and appliances. A generous amount of pool towels are provided and can be exchanged at the front desk as often as needed to enjoy the on-site heated pool and hot tub. Other onsite amenities for your enjoyment include tennis and pickle ball courts, shuffleboard, horseshoes, picnic grills, and hammocks. Our management team is committed to ensuring your living experience is smooth, enjoyable, and sure to produce fond memories.   This is our second stay; we find the location conveniently away from the touristy crowds. This time we rented directly from their site and save the VRBO fees! The condo was just as described. Check in was fast and simple, and the condo was clean and stocked for cooking. The area / grounds are beautiful. They have a very good staff that was always kind and helpful. Our only disappointed was the bed it was way too soft for out liking. Other than that we will certainly book another stay in this property

  Galvestonian is our favorite place to stay when visiting Galveston for a few days. We did note access to the amenities a bit more difficult as you had to have your room key with you at all times, to access elevators, beach, etc. Also, do NOT like new towel policy!!!

The access to the amenities is for the safety and security of our guests and the new towel policy has been in place for 2-years. It was implemented so that we can continue to provide towels to all guests appropriately vs being a free for all so that guests grabbed 5-6 towels and left other guests with none. See you soon.!
