1208 Coastal Cove Fish & Gull Residency

Situated on the east end of the island, our beachfront condominium is near the intersection of the seawall and the main entrance to the island. Enjoy easy access to the Seawall and historical district’s parks, shopping, museums, trendy cafes, and cultural hotspots, making your stay as comfortable and customizable as you desire. There are no meters or other hassles of street parking here as parking is in a designated lot on the north side of the building, with other overflow parking available if needed. The open-concept living room is flooded with natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. With the relaxing view of the beach, it's the perfect space to unwind! Leave your cares, pool towels, and other amenities behind. Our kitchen comes fully stocked with dishes and appliances. A generous amount of pool towels are provided and can be exchanged at the front desk as often as needed to enjoy the on-site heated pool and hot tub. Other onsite amenities for your enjoyment include tennis and pickle ball courts, shuffleboard, horseshoes, picnic grills, and hammocks. Our management team is committed to ensuring your living experience is smooth, enjoyable, and sure to produce fond memories.   The overall condo and grounds were nice. The access to the beach was convenient. My kids loved being able to walk on the beach in minutes. The pool was nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the door was a little hard to open. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

  We stayed on the 12th floor and had a fantastic view of the gulf.
  Pelicans literally hovered just off our balcony.
  The beach and chairs that we rented were a perfect getaway for us.
  When we came in from the beach we would relax by the pool and enjoy the hot tub.
  And of course the restaurants in the area are just incredible.
