  The room was ready when we got there after a 4 hour drive. The young man at the front desk, said it would be a $25 charge to get in to our room before 4pm. We have visited many times, and we may have gotten there around 4 each time, but I do not remember a charge. It was frustrating to us, as we were tired from the drive. I requested waving the fee, which was waved. The room we stayed in is our 3rd or 4th time, 202 and it was clean and fresh. Great stay, I would recommend it. They also have a late check out policy if you notify them 1 day ahead of time. We will be back.

It is also noted on the rules that you agree to when you book your reservation. We apologize for any miscommunication or misunderstanding. Yes, we waived the early check in fee for you this time.   Rental was very clean and the staff were great, as always. Especially the lady and man who were there when we arrived, did not get their names. I recognized Anna from previous stays. She's always pleasant and informative. A great customer service person.
